This website provides information about APX Fitness services and allows you to submit enquiries and consultation requests. Please submit accurate information so Fernando can respond properly.
Consultations and bookings
A submitted booking is a request, not a confirmed appointment. APX Fitness will confirm your consultation directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as you can.
Health and safety
Training carries inherent risk. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, and tell Fernando about any injuries or medical conditions before training.
